Inaugural Session

Jignasa Students Study Projects Dist Level Competitions for the year 2017-18 were held at Girraj Govt College Nizambad on 4^th January 2017. College toppers in various subjects of Arts, Commerce and Science students from GDC Armoor,GDC Bodhan and Girraj Govt College Nizamabad presented their research study projects today at Dist level Competitions. The programe was inaugurated by Dist Collector Mr Ravinder Reddy. Mr P,Ram Mohan Reddy Principal Girraj Govt College Nizamabad presided over the function. Dr Venugopala Swamy Head Dept of Zoology was the Dist Coordinator for this Jignasa Study project presentations. 48 teams with their concerned lecturers attended the program. Mr Arvind Reddy spoke as chief guest and he expressed happiness that the Commissioner of Collegiate Education Telangana State is providing research based information at the degree level only. He expressed the need of the students to utilize the time available to them in degree colleges. He spoke his experiences at University level and express gratitude that present day youth is getting more and more opportunity to gain knowledge. Mr P Ram Mohan Reddy in his address said that every the CCE is organizing Youva Tarnagam Sports,Cultual and Educational festival across the state and the toppers are awarded at Hyderabad. Dr Venu Gopala Swamay Mr Rangaratnam Dr Aslam Faroqui Dr Venu Prasad Mr Dubba Rajam Mr Md Abdul Majeed Dr Md Abdur Rafeeq and other faculty members were presented at the inaugural function. Latter the different subject teams presented their study projects in three different e class rooms. The judges were called from  other district.
